Custom design details

The base price includes one custom wrap design based on your chosen colors and theme.

More detailed artwork, specialty requests, or unusually complex designs may require an additional charge. Any additional cost will always be discussed and approved before your order is placed.

Because each cup is handmade and individually designed, slight variations may occur.

To help keep your custom cup looking its best:

Do not soak
Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners
Not dishwasher safe
Not microwave safe unless specifically stated otherwise
Handle the wrap and design area with care

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
